Flist Appeal: Torchwood Recs

Okay, so I watched a few of the *newer* episodes of "Torchwood" last night. I say newer because the Brits are like eighty bazillion episodes ahead of us. So, I'm on season 2, episode 3 (To The Last Man) and I have to say? I almost cried. It was really sad and I was hoping what happened wouldn't happen, but it did.

Anyways, the reason I'm reaching out and trying to touch someone is that I'm wanting to read some Owen/Ianto fic. Nothing against Jack/Ianto, but I'd like to see some comfort fic for the period between S1/S2. I know that a lot of my Buffy pals are onto Torchwood now and I was hoping to get some Owen/Ianto recs...I've joined torchwoodslash  but I'm like a bajillion years behind and I'm way too lazy to sift through all the Jack/Ianto.

That might be a while; I was pretty unhappy with the last chapter, and the last two Firefly fics I posted kinda sucked too, so I'm avoiding writing for a while.

Of course if you want some hot plotty Spander you could always post another chapter of MoS, couldn't you? *snicker*

Actually MoS is pretty close to being a permanent WiP. I'm not happy with it at all. It's veered much too close to fluffy OOC-ness. After I finish Ashes and IA (if ever, sigh), I might go back and mess with it. Somewhere in there, I lost the thread and it turned into something I don't like.
