Thank you very much! I definitely wanted people to be aware of how things had changed and how Xander, in particular, had changed. This was primarily Xander's story, with the addition of a pairing. I honestly wanted to stick the with Angel and Spike aren't redeemed story line, but I couldn't see a way to both wrap this up and make that believable. So, I caved! Maybe I'll explore that more in another story...
