Jackboots and Bubblegum

Yeah, I never understood this idea that people have that Spike is a wimpy follower. The only being he's ever taken orders from is Angel and not always from him. Spike, to me, is an incredibly strong individual, both mentally and emotionally. Sure, he goofs off but that always seemed like his pressure valve, a way to release all the things he carries inside himself. Spike is nobody's follower. Thanks for the feedback. Now, when am I going to get to read YOUR writing? I'm impatient to see what you can come up with!
